WELCOME
I’m Sahar.
I offer small-group yoga classes and women’s circles in
Prenzlauer Berg . Berlin
WHO I SERVE
I work with women — many in midlife, some mothers — living full, demanding lives.
Many who come here are already strong, capable, and deeply responsible, often holding much for others and for the lives they are building. This work does not ask for more effort. It offers a place to soften, to be held, and to let go — so that resilience can grow from support rather than strain, and new rhythms can slowly take shape, for themselves and for those they care for.
You may be navigating one or a few of these
-
long-term relationships, family life, or motherhood
-
intercultural living and multiple cultural identities
-
ongoing responsibility in work, care, or community
This space is for support and deepening, not only for hard seasons.

HOW TO PRACTICE WITH ME
You can work with me in different ways, depending on how regularly you want to practice and what you need at a given time.
1. Single classes or class passes
You can join individual classes or use passes for one form of practice — for example, a weekly Tuesday Hatha class — to build consistency over time.
2. Combining practices within a pass
You may also choose to combine different sessions within a given period — movement, restorative practice, or circles — depending on where you are and what supports you most that month.
Some people come weekly, others biweekly, and some more intensively for a period of time.
3. Deeper and more structured paths (coming soon)
For those seeking more continuity and depth, structured packages and mentorship options will be available. These are designed for ongoing engagement and a more integrated practice across body, mind, and inner life.
SHAKTI WOMB CIRCLES
Meet Your Guide
Hello, my name is Sahar Shakti Morady.
I am an integral yoga teacher offering semi-private classes, private one-on-one sessions, and women’s circles. Through grounded yoga practice and relational spaces, I guide people to reconnect with themselves, deepen presence, and move through life with greater steadiness and awareness.
My work is shaped by over fifteen years of dedicated yoga practice and training, as well as two formative lived experiences: motherhood and my previous professional work in architecture. Together, they taught me how essential safety, clear structure, and genuine connection are for people to feel well, resilient, and alive.
Born in Tehran, Iran, and now based in Berlin, I have lived across several cultures, including Canada, the United States, and Argentina. This international life experience allows me to meet people where they are, with sensitivity to both stability and change, and to the different rhythms life moves through.
My approach is gentle yet deep. I create spaces where physical strength, emotional maturity, and nervous system regulation grow together. Through slow, attentive practice, you are supported to release stored tension, calm the nervous system, and reconnect with your own inner resources — so daily life can be met with more clarity, steadiness, and ease.
I look forward to connecting with you and holding space for your ongoing growth.

ON PRACTICE, TEACHING, AND DEPTH
This is not a commercial gym, nor a place to come only to forget your problems or momentarily relax.
Yoga carries a depth that lives not only in the movements, but in the way it is taught —
in attention, in relationship, and in the integrity of transmission.
Much of modern yoga culture has become shaped by marketing, productivity, and performance.
In the process, the original aim of practice — cultivating discernment, steadiness, and inner responsibility — has often been diluted or displaced.
Yet this deeper knowledge is not abstract or outdated.
It is precisely what is needed —
for individuals learning to meet themselves honestly,
and for communities and societies shaped by greater presence, clarity, and ethical grounding.
Here, yoga is approached as a living practice,
passed on through care, consistency, and relationship —
not as a product, a quick fix, or an escape.

I wanted to take a moment to express my deep gratitude for the magical full moon circle gathering last night. The energy and connection I felt during our time together was truly transformative, and I am so grateful to have been a part of this experience.
Sahar Jan your guidance and facilitation created a safe and nurturing space for us all to explore our inner selves and connect with the energy of the full moon.
I left the circle feeling rejuvenated and more connected to my own power.
I look forward to our next gathering to continue this beautiful journey together.

Over the last few years I have gone through several deep-reaching personal life changes. One of which meant a loss of community. The women's circle facilitated by Sahar was just the space I needed to feel grounded through these changes. Sahar creates such a soulful & beautiful space where anyone, with any background, can feel safe & welcome. I have come to look forward to the monthly women's circles as a place to pause & reflect on my own inner personal & spiritual needs. A place to be still & listen to my inner knowing. The space celebrates the feminine & has helped me embrace what it is to be a woman. I have often sought a place where I can gather with other women & find a community in our feminine identity, this circle has been perfect for that purpose. For any who are interested, you will find Sahar a wise & nurturing facilitator & guide.

Before joining Sahar’s circle, I was struggling with the pain of a 10-year relationship ending and feeling overwhelmed by self-judgment and comparison. I felt worthless and incomplete, unsure if I could ever heal. When I stumbled upon one of Sahar’s live sessions, something in her words and energy spoke directly to my soul. I felt an undeniable call to join her women’s circle, despite my fears and doubts. This healing space reconnected me with my divine feminine energy and helped me see my true worth as a woman. Through Sahar’s unique way of creating a safe, nurturing circle, I discovered that love is within me and that I am a source of creation and healing. Today, I feel transformed, empowered, and deeply connected to myself. Now, I am guiding other women on their own journeys of healing and self-discovery, helping them find the same light and love within themselves. (translated from Persian)

Sahar has helped me understand myself so much better & accept parts of myself that I used to struggle with. This has even had an impact on my daily life, making me feel healthier & so much better overall. Dear Sahar, I know you’re not a big fan of this word, but to me, you’re an influencer—in the best possible way! And, of course, an incredibly cool woman!
