Keeping it together. Carrying things quietly. Knowing something doesn't feel right but not knowing what you need. Thinking and analysing but still feeling disconnected. Finding it hard to say what you actually feel or want. Boundaries that become clear only after you've crossed them. Wanting to trust yourself but second-guessing. Feeling a lot and sometimes not knowing what to do with what you feel.
Maybe you know this feeling,
Shakti Womb Circles is...
Not therapy. Not advice. Not Sahar telling you what your life means.
An embodied women's practice.
This is where we explain feeling, movement, expression, witnessing, listening, meaning-making, connection and practice — and your facilitation skill.
Staying present with difficult emotions.
Recognising needs and boundaries.
Finding language for what you feel.
Expressing yourself more authentically.
Making meaning from your experience.
Developing courage.
Staying connected to yourself while relating to other people.

Meet Your Guide
I am Sahar Morady. Rooted in Tehran, based in Berlin.
I am an integral yoga mentor, a somatic meditation guide, and a circle facilitator with twenty-five years of practice and nine years of holding circles online and in person across the world.
My work sits at the intersection of emotional awareness, somatic practice and the wisdom of the heart — creating spaces where people can reconnect with what they feel, express what they carry, and remember they were never meant to do it alone.

I have witnessed how much a heavy, unspoken heart can quietly weigh on a life.
And I have come to believe something very simple: we were never meant to carry the heart alone.
Delgah is an expression of that belief.
It would be a joy to welcome you.
with all my heart
Sahar
