WELCOME

I’m Sahar.
I offer small-group yoga classes so you can return home to yourself.

Prenzlauer Berg  .  Berlin

WHO I SERVE

I work with women — mothers, expats, and Iranian women building life far from home.

If you have tried yoga before and left feeling like you did it wrong, or pushed too hard, or weren't given space to simply be — this is different.

Classes are small and intimate. We move slowly, breathe deeply, and make room for whatever the body is carrying that day. Emotions are welcome here. Silence is welcome here. You don't need to perform or keep up — you just need to show up.

This is a place to restore, not to achieve.

Yoga Class

Mondays         90 min.     19:00 – 20:30     Online                22

Monday Night Yoga Class

A weekly online yoga class — slow, somatic, and deeply restorative. Not a workout. A work-in.

What we do

  • We open with gentle joint warm-ups and body awareness

  • We move through grounded Hatha sequences — releasing built-up tension in the fascia and settling the nervous system

  • Each week is guided by a Vedic theme — a short teaching that gives the practice its thread

  • We slow down as the class deepens — moving toward restoration and conscious stillness

  • We close with journaling — observing what arose in the body and emotions during practice

What this gives you

90 mins each week where you actually pause. Where you notice what is happening inside you — not just what needs to get done. The Vedic themes, the movement, the stillness, the journaling — together they create a depth that ripples into the rest of your week. You leave lighter, more present, and more connected to yourself.

Not tired from effort — restored from within.

Passes are available for a single class, 4 sessions or 8 sessions — whichever suits where you are right now.

Circle Ceremony

last Thursday of each month          150 min.     19:00 – 21:30     Online        33

Monthly Ceremony & Circle

Once a month, we come together for a two-hour ceremony and women's circle.

What we do

  • We open with chanting or singing

  • We set intentions and journal

  • We share a ceremonial drink together

  • We pray — speaking aloud what we carry

  • We meditate — listening in silence

  • We share and witness each other

How it works

The circle runs on seven guiding principles that create a safe, consistent container. The same principles, every month — so that over time, trust deepens and something real becomes possible.

Who this is for

Women who want to mark their months with intention, connect with others on a similar path, and be part of a growing community — one that will eventually meet in person at retreats and live events.

Passes are available for only a single circle, please discard the other options.

MEET YOUR YOGA TEACHER

I have been a student of yoga for twenty-five years. I have been guiding, facilitating and teaching small, intimate groups for over 8 years. In each container I hold deeper emotions are sacred and welcome, female cycles are honored and nothing is rushed.

Born in Tehran, rooted in Berlin — I bring the depth of integral yoga, its sister sciences and a deep reverence for the feminine into each session.

I look forward to meeting you soon.

Negar

Germany, Berlin

After a long time without doing any physical practice, I started taking one-to-one yoga sessions with Sahar, and it turned out to be a truly nurturing experience.

Sahar’s teaching style is slow-paced, mindful, and deeply attentive, which made it easy for me to reconnect with my body at my own rhythm.

The sessions integrate breathwork and gentle chanting, creating a space that feels both grounding and restorative.

What I appreciated most was how connected Sahar is to the student in front of her. Sahar pays close attention not only to the practice itself but also to the atmosphere of the space — from the small details in the room to the carefully chosen music that fills the session with a sense of warmth from within

. Each class felt personal, thoughtful, and welcoming, and I always left feeling calmer, more present, and grateful for the experience.

I started my yoga journey with Sahar in Tehran - and am glad that I could now continue with her in Berlin! Her classes feel like a safe space - gentle, personal and deeply rooted in what yoga really means - a practice that makes me feel nourished after every class in both body and soul.“

Parisa

Iran, Tehran

I’ve been one of Sahar’s students for quite a while, and over the years, whenever I learned that she was going to hold a class, workshop, or course, I made every effort to attend—because I knew, and still know, that I was going to have a unique and special experience on the path of self-discovery.

What stood out to me the most was the rhythm, structure, and thoughtful execution of the class by Sahar, which allowed me to touch a part of my inner self. The sense of presence, satisfaction, and joy in the class was incredibly enjoyable for me.

One of the things that made me feel safe with Sahar is that she is completely herself, which made my interactions with myself and others clearer and more authentic than ever.

I am so grateful to have met Sahar; both as a teacher and as a friend, she is very precious to me, and I will always appreciate her presence.

Mahin

Iran, Tehran

As Sahar's aunt, I had a truly unique and special experience in her yoga class. In many sessions with just the three of us—me, her father’s wife, and her—I felt a deep sense of connection that was very enjoyable.

At times, it was difficult to tell whether this special feeling came from her energy and teaching style or from our natural family love. Yet even when other students joined the class, that same sense of intimacy and special experience remained.

Her class was more than just a physical practice; it felt like a warm, family-like gathering that offered both the presence of a special community and space for personal experience and self-awareness.

This is something I haven’t felt in any other class, and it is very meaningful to me.
