Welcome

Hello, I'm Sahar.

Rooted in my Persian heritage and the wisdom of Integral Yoga, I create spaces through meditation, somatic practices and intimate gatherings where women reconnect with themselves, their emotional world, and one another.

Who I Serve

I work with women who long for a space where they can remember

what it is like to be looked after, supported and held.

You don't need to arrive feeling calm, flexible or knowing exactly what you need.

You only need a willingness to meet yourself honestly and receive.

This is a place to restore, not to achieve.

Ways To Practice With Me

Delgah

A place for the heart
Step into a space where movement, reflection, and shared presence come together to help you reconnect with yourself. Each DELGAH is a unique experience, inviting you to pause, listen deeply, and be witnessed in community.

Negah

A practice of seeing
NEGAH is a weekly online practice where we cultivate a conscious relationship with ourselves through movement, breath, meditation, and emotional awareness. Rather than striving to become someone new, we learn to meet ourselves more honestly and allow life to move through us with greater ease.

Hamrah

A companion on your path
HAMRAH means companion or one who walks beside you. These one-to-one sessions offer a dedicated space to explore your intentions, gain clarity, and receive personalised guidance as we walk your path together.
