There are seasons when we carry more in the heart than we were ever meant to carry alone.
Delgah is where you come to put it down — and be gentely held while you do.
Delgah
a place for your heart
What is Delgah?
In Persian, Del means heart and -gah is a suffix used to describe a place.
There is a Persian expression that lives at the heart of this gathering — Darde Del.
There is no direct English equivalent. For me it speaks to sharing what lives on the heart with someone who truly listens — not to fix you, but to simply be with you.
I think of it as the art of unburdening the heart.
So many of us have learnt to keep it together, carry our truths quietly, and hide what aches — often at a cost we don't fully recognize.
Delgah is my invitation to practice another way.
You are never asked to share more than feels true. Whether you arrive with words, silence, joy, grief or simply a longing to pause — you are welcome exactly as you are.

Meet Your Guide
I am Sahar Morady. Rooted in Tehran, based in Berlin.
I am an integral yoga mentor, a somatic meditation guide, and a circle facilitator with twenty-five years of practice and nine years of holding circles online and in person across the world.
My work sits at the intersection of emotional awareness, somatic practice and the wisdom of the heart — creating spaces where people can reconnect with what they feel, express what they carry, and remember they were never meant to do it alone.

I have witnessed how much a heavy, unspoken heart can quietly weigh on a life.
And I have come to believe something very simple: we were never meant to carry the heart alone.
Delgah is an expression of that belief.
It would be a joy to welcome you.
with all my heart
Sahar

Our Time Together
We open gently — settling into the body and the space.
We journey through the WOMB meditation together.
We'll journal and draw.
We share — as much or as little as feels true.
We close with guided movement.
You are never asked to overshare or perform.
You choose how much you give.
How this space is held.
🤍
What is shared in Delgah, stays in Delgah.
🤍
Honest expression & deep listening.
🤍
Everything is an invitation.

The next step
The solo work brought you here.
Perhaps you've already experienced my WOMB meditation. Or maybe you've found your way back to yourself through meditation, therapy, books or other practices.
I celebrate you for that. Every step has mattered.
Delgah isn't here to replace any of it. It is simply the next place to continue — together. Where we remember we were never meant to walk it alone.
If this gathering speaks to your heart, I would be honoured to welcome you.

Reflections from Delgah
in her own words
"Sahar invites us to speak from heart to heart, to truly listen, and to make space for one another. She doesn't bring solutions; instead, she gently invites us to connect. I was deeply touched by the energy of the group as we held our pain, our grief, and our joy together. I felt received in every aspect of my being, and that was the most healing part."
Nele
"As my first experience of Delgah, I felt nourished and connected to myself and the other women. It has already started to shift something within me, and I know I'll continue this practice."
Sophie
"The women's circles have become a place where I can pause, reflect and listen to my inner knowing. Sahar is a wise and nurturing facilitator."
Racheal
"Sahar created a safe and nurturing space for us to explore our inner selves and reconnect with our own power. I left feeling rejuvenated and deeply connected."
