Service Description

Delgah is an intimate two-hour gathering inspired by my Persian roots and the practice of Dard-e Del—sharing what lives on the heart through compassionate witnessing. Together we'll move through gentle movement, my WOMB meditation, quiet reflection and heartfelt connection. You'll leave feeling a little lighter, more connected, and reminded that you don't have to carry everything alone.
